Sometimes I work for pennies. I do. I have one work from home job that pays exactly two cents for a small edit to something. On another site, there are surveys and tasks that pay a few pennies. But pennies add up. And a lot of people piece together pennies between real gigs. I know the rhetoric. I am an American. Pennies are far below minimum wage. Blah, blah, blah. The key is to keep the income coming in. There may not always be a great paying gig with regular checks. But if you can find a few pennies here and a few there, you can still pay that grocery bill.
